Save the date: Back to School Night
On Thursday, September 2, you will have an opportunity to meet the teachers, see the classrooms and collect school handbooks, course syllabi, classroom handouts and much more! We invite you to attend our Back-to-School Night designed for parents. You won’t want to miss out on all the great things you will learn that night! In an effort to accommodate parents who need to get younger children to bed earlier, we have a new schedule this year designed to get you home earlier (see next page).
6:15 p.m. K-8 parents go to their child’s classroom for presentations and handouts.
Sixth grade parents - Mrs. Mann’s room,
Seventh grade parents - Mr. Zeller’s room,
Eighth grade parents - Mrs. Dowser’s room.
7:00 p.m. ALL parents, K-12 to auditorium for general assembly and announcements.
7:30 p.m. High School parents visit their student’s class sponsors rooms
Freshmen – Mr, Leon’s room (math classroom, #102)
Sophomores – Mr. Olivarria’s room (religion room, #204)
Juniors – Mrs. Olivarria’s room (art classroom, #674)
Seniors – High School library (across from school office)
The elementary parents may leave right after the general assembly. The middle school parents may visit the other middle school teachers after the general assembly if they choose.
